A fairytale Uzbek city on the Silk Road. Fruits and spices – sophistication and adventure. A journey into Central Asia. Bukhara is an earthy perfume, composed around the enigmatic orris – one of perfumery’s most prized (and expensive) raw materials. Spicy, fruity and sparkling in the opening with caraway, pear, coriander and bergamot. A floral heart with orris and a touch of jasmine. Clove and apricot enrich the colours and textures.And a base of benzoin resin, saffron, amber, wood and cotton-soft musks.

Did not like the smell AT ALL. it is strong and will last, unfortunately not a smell I wanted to continue smelling. The smell reminded me of licorice and orange. It has a very masculine scent to it.

Unique fragrance if you like carrots with a hint of iris after 20 mins the jasmine comes into play.
Sillage/ Projection: 8/10, Longevity: 6/10. Spring & Summer fragrance.

Right after spraying this smelled like suede and a hint of lightly spiced pears. After about 15 minutes it devolved completely into carrots. Just carrots. And it lingered for hours as... Carrots. Must be the iris. Disappointed. That first spray was quite beautiful though.
